Order Confirmation:

When you place your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. This confirmation means that we correctly received your order and that it is being processed. The credit card used in the checkout process will be pre-authorized for the purchase of your order. We will then confirm that your item is in stock and available for shipment. If in stock and available for shipment (meaning within five business days), we will authorize the credit card for purchase and submit the order for shipment. If your item happens to be unavailable or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you via the email address that was used during the checkout process.

Order Shipment:

For in-stock items, your order will be shipped within five business days from the time that you placed your order. When your order leaves the warehouse, we will send tracking information to the email address that was provided during the check out process. If you happen to not receive any tracking information within five business days from your purchase date, please feel free to connect and inquire at

When your package arrives, please promptly inspect the packaging. If there is any damage to the packaging, please take a photograph of the packaging. When signing for delivery, please also make a note of the damage at that time. If there was damage to your items upon arrival, please send the photographs and any other documentation to We will gladly expedite the insurance claim on your behalf. Photographs of damages must be received by us within fourteen days of delivery.
Cancellations & Refunds:

We love our customers and the Healing Himalayas community. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction 100% of the time. We believe that our products are of high quality and do their part as gifts for mind and body in enhancing your environment and overall well-being.

You can cancel your order at any time. However, if you cancel your order 48 hours after the time of your purchase, the cancellation will be subject to a $20 administration fee. This is regardless of whether the order has been shipped. If you choose to cancel and your order has already shipped, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. You may also be responsible for a restocking fee. Any refunds will be issued to the credit card that was used to place the order.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a refund. There are some conditions to receive a full or partial refund: if a product is damaged or there is a manufacturing defect, contact us within ten days of receipt for a return authorization; a returned product must be received by us within fourteen days of a return request in new condition and in the original packaging; items returned not in new condition and not in the original packaging may be refused, subject to a 25% restocking fee, or both; items may also be subject to a $20 administration fee and return shipping charges; all sales are final after 30 days.
