If you happen to come across another retailer that sells a product at a lower price than us, we would love to know. This will help us make sure that we continue to provide not only the best customer service possible, but continue to provide the best prices for you and the rest of the Healing Himalayas community as well.
If you purchased a product from Healing Himalayas and, within six months of your purchase, you see a lower price, we will be very happy to refund you the difference between your purchase price and the other store's price. Also, if we lowered our price for a product that you purchased from Healing Himalayas within six months of the time you purchased your product, we will be very happy to refund you the difference as well.
To process any refunds, please email us with the link to your product on HealingHimalayas.com and the link to your product on the competitor's website. We'll arrange for a prompt return of your refund.
There are some limitations to our Price Match:
- In order to be eligible, you must have first purchased the product from HealingHimalayas.com.
- Promotions are not eligible. These include discounts (e.g., 10% off), rebates, Buy One Get One free, and other similar discounts.
- Items that are out of stock on a competitor's website are not eligible.
- The competitor must be an ecommerce store without a physical retail location.
- Discounters and auction websites are not eligible (e.g., Jet, Overstock, eBay).
- Only authorized dealers are eligible.
- The combined product and shipping price (exclusive of sales tax) will be considered.
